the staff was friendly. ms. carla at check-in gave me a higher floor room as i requested. she helped me with my needs and gave me directions to nice places in the city.
there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. this was a slight disappointment.

The hotel had a lovely location close to everything. it was easy to walk to restaurants. Shops. And tourist attractions. it was a short taxi ride to the airport too. It was convenient

I found the staff at the hotel very nice. Someone played guitar in reception one night. This was fun. The location is good unless you have a challenge with walking on hills. Uber is a good option in this case (I used it once or twice).
The room was quite small. The shower was high to get into. I also noticed some uphill climb to reach the hotel. I think this should be mentioned on the website.

the staff at the reception were so helpful. the location is really convenient, with easy access to public transport. the breakfast was good, such a nice way to start the day!
the room was a little small, i must say. also, the air conditioning was a bit noisy, something to consider. the uphill walk to the hotel can be tiring, especially with luggage.
